RegulyzeTerms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Regulyze ("Regulyze", "the Service"), a website and web application operated by TPS Xperts Group ("we", "us", "our") at regulyze.in. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Regulyze is
Regulyze is an automated screening tool that checks nutraceutical and health-supplement formulations against applicable regulatory requirements, and generates indicative compliance reports, label checklists and downloadable PDFs. The Service currently focuses on Indian nutraceutical and health-supplement regulations, with coverage expanding to other regions over time.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- A device-session limit may apply to protect account security.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
3. Plans, payments and refunds
- Regulyze is offered on a one-time, pay-and-go basis. Purchasing a plan credits a fixed number of compliance checks (or the stated allowance) to your account. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and no recurring billing.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are decided server-side at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details.
- Check allowances are credited to your account immediately on successful payment.
- All sales are final. As Regulyze is a digital service and allowances are made available immediately, purchases are non-refundable once completed.
- Discount or grant coupons, where offered, are subject to their own stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse, overload, probe or attempt to bypass the security of the Service; resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a competing product; use automated means to extract data beyond normal use; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Regulatory data is sourced from third parties and official references and may change; we do not warrant that results are error-free or current at all times.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TPS Xperts Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, regulatory rejection, product recall or business interruption arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual property
Regulyze, its branding, software, design and content are owned by TPS Xperts Group. You retain ownership of the formulation data you enter; you grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali, Punjab, India.
