This Privacy Policy explains how TPS Xperts Group ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you use Regulyze at regulyze.in. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, mobile number and company name you provide at sign-up or in your profile.
Usage data: formulations and ingredients you enter, generated reports and history, activity logs (e.g. logins, checks run, password resets) and a device fingerprint used to enforce session limits.
Payment data: when you purchase a plan, payment is handled by Razorpay. We receive and store only transaction references (such as payment and order IDs and the plan purchased) — we do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking details.
Authentication data: if you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (name, email) from Google to create your account.

2. How we use your information

To provide and operate the Service (run compliance checks, generate reports, keep your history).
To manage your account, plan allowance and payments.
To send transactional messages such as one-time passwords (OTP) and account notices.
To secure the Service, prevent abuse and maintain an audit trail.
To improve the Service and its regulatory database.

3. Service providers

To operate Regulyze we use a small number of trusted third-party service providers that process data on our behalf and only to provide their service to us. These cover categories such as: cloud hosting, database and authentication; secure payment processing; AI-assisted ingredient and label analysis; and message delivery (including email and SMS one-time passwords). All such providers are required to handle data securely and to process it only for the purposes we instruct.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and local storage

Regulyze uses cookies and browser local storage strictly to operate the Service — for example to keep you signed in (session tokens), remember your device for session-limit enforcement, and cache regulatory data for performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting or security obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Your rights).

6. Security

We apply technical measures including row-level security, column-level access restrictions on sensitive fields, encrypted transport (HTTPS), payment replay protection and brute-force protection on OTP. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@regulyze.in. We will respond within a reasonable period.

8. International processing

Some of our service providers may process data on servers located outside India. Where this occurs, we rely on those providers' safeguards to protect your information.

9. Children

Regulyze is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
